Climbing in Ayacata

.Ayacata is the multi -pitch climbing paradise of the Canary Islands. It has more than 200 routes of all levels, lines from 50 to 200 meters and is formed of a very peculiar type of rock. It is located in a magical setting in the central area, surrounded by rock.

Climbing the Roque Nublo

Do you want to reach the summit of the Roque Nublo?
Three climbing pitches separate the base from the summit with a total height of 70 meters. The views from the top are priceless and will make you revive the great history of its conquest back in the 50’s . Climbing it is an inmense pleasure reserved only for a few people.
Roque Nublo is the most representative rock monument on the island, offering the
possibility of climbing it on any side and through 11 different routes.

Have you been thinking about changing from sport climbing to traditional climbing for a while?

This is the best option in order to learn and to open new possibilities for yourself, like climbing on terrains that you had not dared climbing before.
You will work with a personal instructor who will help you learn the necessary skills and identify your specific needs within this complex climbing style.
We teach you how to place , build anchors, belay, discuss safety issues, read topos, rescue in on the wall etc…, all through proper training so that you can get the most out of this experience.
